You can enter the car park to and from Allersberg all day.

You can enter the car park from Allersberg direction until 6 a.m.
(Please note that this is only a small car park.)

You can leave the car park all day via a path along the canal towards Heuberg.

Coming from Roth you go via Eckersmühlen to Hilpoltstein. There, turn left at the traffic lights and again turn left after approx. 100 m into Allersberger Strasse. You can enter the car park until 6:30 a.m. at the latest.

You can leave the car park after 10 a.m. in the direction of Allersberg.

1. Parking deck opposite Marktkauf store
    From there it is only a short walk to the Triathlon Park,     finish-line are and the bike/run transition zone.

2. Car park at the school centre From there it is only a     short walk through the park to the Triathlon Park, finish-
    line are and the bike/run transition zone.

3. Car parks at the commercial areas I – III in Roth

a. Coming from the B2 state road; exit Allersberg
    Car park at commercial area I / Ostring: turn right, and     again right after approx. 100 m, please follow the signs
    Car park at commercial area II and III / Norisstrasse:     turn left, and again left after approx. 500 m, please     follow the signs

b. Coming from Allersberg: Please follow the signs and use     the car parks in commercial areas II and III

4. Route of the shuttle bus (spectators’ shuttle)
    from 11 a.m. until 11 p.m. / midnight every 30 minutes

c. Markkaufparkgarage, Sieh-dich-Fürweg in Roth; leave the bus     here for the Triathlon Park, finish-line area and transition     zone bike/run

d. Intersection of state road 2237 to Allersberg and road to     the Roth landing stage; leave the bus here for the run     course at the landing stage

e. Commercial areas II and III / Norisstrasse; large free     car parks

f. Commercial area I / Ostring; large free car parks

There is a car park at the school centre.
The shuttle bus leaves at 4 a.m., 4:20 a.m., 4:40 a.m., 5:00 a.m., 5:20 a.m., 5:40 a.m. directly at the school centre.
From there the bus goes to the swim start in Heuberg. From the bus stop to the start it’s a 400 m walk.

a) Solarer Berg

1. General Information
    From the swim start it takes approx. 25 minutes to walk     to the Solarer Berg. The most convenient way to get     there is by bike.

b) Greding (bike course – Kalvarienberg)

Drive in the direction of Allersberg and enter the motorway A9 (Munich direction).
Take the exit “Greding”.
Go left to the Greding town centre.
In Greding, turn right at the first set of traffic lights (in the direction of the swimming pool). From the swimming pool car park it’s a walk of approx. 1 km to the bike course.

c) Thalmässing (bike course)

Drive in the direction of Allersberg and enter the motorway A9 (Munich direction).
Take the exit “Greding”.
Turn right and follow the deviation signs to Thalmässing.

d) Heideck (bike course)

Drive in the direction of Allersberg.
At the roundabout take the third exit in the direction of Roth.
In Roth take the B2 state street in the direction of Weißenburg.
Later turn left to Liebenstadt / Heideck.
From there continue to Heideck.

1. via motorway A9 in the direction of Nuremberg
2. exit “Allersberg”
3. second exit of the roundabout in the direction of Roth,

a. in Roth, turn left after the Aral filling station
b. after approx. 500 m you reach the Marktkauf parking     deck
c. from there it’s a few mintues’ walk to the Triathlon Park,     finish-line area and transition zone

or you may park your car in commercial areas I, II or III

d. from there you can reach Roth or the landing stage by a
    shuttle bus which leaves every 30 minutes.

1. If you come from Allersberg, go to Roth to the car parks     in commercial areas II and III / Norisstrasse
2. From there take the shuttle bus to the landing stage and     the Triathlon Park in Roth.

• Coming from the B2 state road
• take the exit “Rednitzhembach” and go in the direction of Schwanstetten
  
• The town of Schwanstetten is closed for traffic. Outside the town there is a limited number of parking spaces in a meadow.

• From there the hot spot Schwanstetten and the Leerstetten sluice gate can be reached in a few minutes’ walk. From the car park you can catch a good sight of the athletes since they pass directly by.

The metropolitan region of Nuremberg has an excellent system of local traffic (rapid-transit railway and various regional trains) which you can use to come to Roth at low cost and in an environmentally friendly way. You may also leave the train at the new regional train station in Altenfelden near Allersberg, which can be reached by the R9 train from the Nuremberg central station. A shuttle bus takes the spectators to the Rothsee (near Birkach). From there it is a 150 m walk to the swim start.
