Broadcast to 170 countries on five continents
Roth will once again captivate triathlon fans with a first-class field. DATEV Challenge Roth 2023 powered by hep will broadcast on TV and online
in over 170 countries on five continents. Among others, the race will be broadcast live in France, Spain, UK as well as in Canada, USA plus Central and South America. The broadcasters include Canal Plus, Fox Sports, Eleven Sports, Sky Sports Action, Sportklub, Dubai Sports and Supersport in the MENA region.
Sports fans can follow all the events from Roth throughout the day. In Germany, BR Fernsehen will share the emotions and the Challenge feeling on regular TV as well as in full online on 25 June.
BR Fernsehen will broadcast the race live for nine hours
The BR stream can be seen on www.br24sport.de and www.sportschau.de. From 6.15am to around 3.15pm, Bayerischer Rundfunk will broadcast live on TV, with a programme-related break from 11am to 12 noon. In addition, BR will report on the triathlon spectacle in Roth on all its channels throughout race day and in the days surrounding the race.
Worldwide live and free of charge without geo-blocking
TEAMCHALLENGE also offers all triathlon fans an English-language live
stream hosted by Belinda Granger and Jan Frodeno. The international stream will also start at 6.15am on the DATEV Challenge Roth powered by hep YouTube channel and is also free-to-air.
See all finishers at the finish line
For ROTH fans, relatives at home or supporters on the course, live pictures from Roth will broadcast around the world from the start of the race until the end of the finish line show at 11.05pm. With the finish line cam and the 360° cam from the Roth triathlon stadium, the tears of joy and emotions of all finishers, no matter whether they are professionals or age groupers, will be shown throughout the day.
Press conference online for the first time
In order to capture the atmosphere as well as the expectations of the top athletes before the big showdown, the traditional pre-race press conference from the Kulturfabrik Roth on Thursday, 22 June at 11.00am will, for the first time, be live and on-demand on the Roth YouTube channel.
Tri2b-Liveticker, tracker and social media
As an ideal complement to the live stream, the Tri2b live ticker will provide real-time coverage of the race in text, images and video on race day. With the athlete tracker, which will be available on the Challenge website on race day, relatives can continuously follow their loved ones and their favourite pros over the 3.8km swim, 180km bike and 42.2km run. An ideal place to stay up to date on race day is also the Challenge Roth social channels, which will keep triathlon fans in the loop.
