European Championship public viewing live at the Roth Festival Market
All quarter-final matches on 5 and 6 July on the big screen / Extensive range of food / Free admission
Football fans from Roth and the surrounding area have a reason to rejoic! On 5 and 6 July, the four quarter-final matches of the European Football Championship will broadcast live on the big screen at the new Festival Market at the Roth Expo. Further highlights await guests from Thursday to Sunday during DATEV Challenge Roth race week with a packed programme for all generations, including a spectacular ninja course for children and a food court round-up with quality, healthy food.
Invitation to the public
The quarter-finals of the football highlight of the year will take place on 5 and 6 July at 6 pm and 9 pm. The matches will be shown on a 5 x 3 metre LED screen during public viewing at the Festival Market. As the organiser, TEAMCHALLENGE invites all football fans, triathlon fans, families and even people who have never been involved in triathlon to the public viewing and all other activities during the race week in Roth's Stadtgarten.
With the Festival Market and the public viewing of the quarter finals, TEAMCHALLENGE would like to give something back to the public for supporting the triathlon over the last 40 years.
Yoga, live music and ninja course for kids
The highlight for kids is certainly the 40 metre long Ninja Parcour for all children aged six and over. The course contains original elements from the TV show and is provided free of charge by TEAMCHALLENGE. With face painting, glitter tattoos, childcare and workshops, children can let off steam for four days in Roth.
Varied food court round-up
Whether you're hungry or hungry-at-heart during your visit to the Festival Market or any of the events surrounding DATEV Challenge Roth, various food trucks with a wide range of dishes such as bowls, crêpes or specialities from Keepers & Cooks will be available for visitors from Thursday to Sunday.
Festival feeling for all generations
The Festival Market will have a completely different look to the rest of the Triathlon Park. In a relaxed summer atmosphere, guests can take a short break from the hustle and bustle of the race week and everyday life with a delicious ice cream, for example.
A festival market like this as an additional attraction to the Triathlon Expo and the diverse supporting programme is unique in the triathlon world and adds another level of appeal to the event.
The area is intended to be a meeting point for all age groups. It is located in the eastern part of Roth City Park, adjacent to the finish line stadium and the world's largest triathlon expo. In addition to the Festival Market, programme items such as the Challenge-forAll, the Night Run and Bambini Run will round off the many activities surrounding the world's largest long-distance triathlon.
Exhibition on 40 years of triathlon in Roth
The heroes and heroines of the past will also be honoured at the Festival Market. With a special exhibition on 40 years of triathlon in Roth, visitors can immerse themselves in the stories of days gone by.
Admission to the Festival Market is completely free. The complete program can be found here.
